Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps Infusion Therapy
Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) is a persistent inflammatory disease affecting the nasal passages and paranasal sinuses. It is characterized by the growth of noncancerous, soft tissue polyps driven by chronic type-2 immune system inflammation and elevated eosinophil activity.
CRSwNP causes severe nasal obstruction, chronic facial pain and pressure, profound loss of smell (anosmia), persistent rhinorrhea, and sleep disturbances. Conventional treatments such as nasal steroids and sinus surgeries often fail to provide lasting control when underlying systemic inflammation remains untreated.
Violet Health offers advanced FDA-approved biologic therapies, including DUPIXENT® (dupilumab), NUCALA® (mepolizumab), and XOLAIR® (omalizumab). These targeted therapies inhibit specific inflammatory pathways (IL-4, IL-13, IL-5, and IgE), dramatically shrinking nasal polyps, restoring nasal airflow and sense of smell, and reducing the need for repeated surgical interventions.
